How Our Tuition Works
At Sierra Preschool & After School, we believe quality early childhood education should be financially accessible for Riverside County families. Our tuition starts at $175 per week, with rates varying by program and schedule. We offer both full-time and part-time options to fit your family's needs — contact us to discuss what works best for your child's age and your schedule.
A one-time registration fee of $100 covers enrollment paperwork, licensing forms, and initial classroom materials. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons: enrichment programs (STEAM, Dual Language, Music, Dance, Soccer, Tae Kwon Do, Yoga), outdoor learning activities, and all classroom supplies are included in your tuition.
For full-time children, hot breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are prepared fresh on-site daily — also included at no extra charge. Our kitchen operates under USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines, so you can be confident every meal meets federal nutrition standards.
Subsidized care accepted: Sierra Preschool & After School participates in the California Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP/Alternative Payment Program). Families who qualify through Riverside County Social Services may apply their approved voucher toward tuition. Contact us and we will walk you through the eligibility requirements and application process.

We offer FREE nutritious hot lunch and breakfast for full-time children! Lunches include an entree, sides of fruit and veggies, as well as milk. All Meals are cooked in-house under Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines.

What is included in tuition?
Everything: hot breakfast, lunch, and snacks for full-time children, plus STEAM, Spanish-English dual language, music, dance, soccer, tae kwon do, yoga, and our Outdoor Learning Centers. There are no add-on or activity fees — the rate on this page is the complete cost.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, a one-time $100 registration fee covers enrollment paperwork and holds your child's spot. Spots are held on a first-deposit basis, so we recommend enrolling as early as possible.
Do you accept CCAP or subsidized child care?
Yes. We are an approved provider for the California Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP), also called the Alternative Payment Program, through Riverside County. An approved voucher can be applied directly toward tuition — in many cases covering the full cost.
Do you offer part-time schedules?
Yes — full-time (five days per week) and part-time (three days per week) options are available for most programs. Included meals apply to full-time children; part-time half-day children should plan accordingly.
Is there a sibling discount?
