DANCE AND FITNESS
Dance is the freest and most joyful form of all large motor activities. Learning to dance has a unique, elegant and special way of increasing your child's self-esteem and self image.
Weekly dance lessons will include lessons in Ballet, Jazz/Tap, Hip Hop, and Cultural Dances. Children will learn various dance moves, proper terminology, while building flexibility, posture, and self expression. Classes will perform twice yearly at our Winter Recital and Graduation Ceremony.
SOCCER
Fun physical activity during our Soccer lessons will not only improve your child's gross motor skills, but encourages team work, self confidence, and listening skills.
Children will gain increased flexibility, coordination, and strengthen core muscles participating in fun child friendly games, while learning basic Soccer moves. Positive reinforcement and guidance from our Coach will also build your child's self esteem and self confidence.
YOGA & WELLNESS
Classrooms will conduct Yoga/Stretching & Breathing session each morning prior to Circle Time. Using creative, child friendly methods teachers will use fun yoga poses to encourage focus, and concentration before beginning daily lessons.
These exercises will help children with their flexibility, body control, and balance. While encouraging self esteem and positive body image.
MUSIC
Exposure to Music helps children develop general learning skills i.e. focus and concentration, cognitive abilities, fine motor development, and listening skills.
Our Program is designed as a multi dimensional Musical experience. Children will play with instruments from around the world, learn music terminology, as well as be introduced to basic concepts of Music Theory.
